How to extract the training pattern from pre-processed log file?

i have pre-processed log file with 5 attributes .such as,timestamp,elapsed time,size,object type,url and 2,23,560 instances.

using preprocessed log file how to prepare the training pattern.training pattern must have seven attributes,such as, rcency,frquency,swl(sliding window length) frquency,elapsedtime,size,object type as input and output class (0 or 1).

how to convert the preprocessed log file into training pattern. if u know any method to do this process,please help me.
