To become a corporate trainer typically requires a four-year college degree with communication skills, business writing etiquette, public speaking, presentation skills and other job-specific functional and technical skills. Then need to join in any developmental organizations for professionals in the field. Because, a corporate trainer is an educator who works in a business to help a group of people understand their common objectives and assists them to plan how to achieve these objectives.
