Button showing behind background image

i am making a button in simple html page but due to background image.
i am unable to see the button cox it created behind the background image
but I want the button upon my background image ???

take note:
in able to hover your images, you have to use two image. One is for the current or the normal output of that image and the second is the hover image.
For the hover image, make a little fade. so that you can identity how it works.
