I am unemployed, have no insurance and have no income. will I have to pay taxes under obamacare?

So if I have no income will I have to pay a tax under Obamacare.
This is a serious question because the supreme court said that the "Penalty or fine is a tax and if it is would I have to pay a tax even if I made nothing".

It just seems wrong to have to pay a tax if I did not make any money to be taxed on.
