Am I facing a driving disqualification?

I have got 9 points on my driving licence, issued in December 2009, June 2010 and June 2011.
I have just been caught by a speed camera going up and down the same road so I have received two notices of intended prosecution in the post. This would mean I will receive another 6 points on my licence - making the grand total 15 points. I am aware 12 points leads to an automatic disqualification but only if I've totted up 12 points within 3 years.
Do those first 6 points in 2009 and 2010 still count even though they stay on my licence?
Please help!

If you are looking for a place to share your travel photos and stories, then try BigRoom.

Don't worry, drive carefully next time to become save. But if you this again, then there is a chance of facing a driving disqualification.
