Does going on two dates technically mean you are dating?

I've been talking to this guy for a while, we've gone on a two dates so far, does this mean we're dating?

Originally, the term "dating" meant that you were going on dates as a single person in getting to know multiple people. In today's culture, "dating" has become "boyfriend/girlfriend". Which in MOST cases, you are not considered a "couple" or "dating" until you have been asked/or asked the other person. Hope this helps!

Dating is not being in a relationship so there's nothing to worry about. It doesnt sound like something is wrong. I've been going on dates with lot of girls especially for last 6 months because I'm using dating sites. Finally found my favorite one, it's local baltimore.partyline.com and all over U.S. still have to find a girlfriend and I'm done. :D
