Is it normal for panadeine forte to make you feel quite high?

I have an impacted/infected wisdom tooth, and need to make sure the infection is gone before I can have it removed.

The doctor gave me some panadeine forte and told me to take 2 at a time. I feel quite high, foggy, spacey and sleepy is this a normal reaction?
