If my grades were bad in high school &i didn't get my high school degree, can I still go to college?

If my grades were bad in high school and I didn't get my high school degree, can I still go to college/community college ? Or maybe some academies ?

The entrance requirements for each institution are determined by that institution and many have programs that accept students based on test scores and criteria other than high school grades. The object is to make sure you can do the work, not to punish you for not finishing high school. Check the admissions policies at the schools you might like to attend.
