Binge Eating In The Evenings - Please Help!

I try to eat healthy in the day time, and get some exercise (generally I go for an hour long run around twice a week, and do some weights once or twice a week)... but some evenings I'll just binge on all sorts of crap - like literally thousands of calories worth sometimes. It's especially bad when I come back from the pub after a few drinks. I'm not massively overweight (though would like to lose a few kg), but I really want to stop these eating habits! Any advice?

I have similar tendencies. The only thing that seems to work for me is to not have anything binge-worth in the house... especially not in large quantities. Also, I keep fresh fruit around. If I'm not hungry enough to eat a pear, then I'm not really hungry.
