antibiotics kill bad and good bacteriaa (including lactobacilli) so I was wondering if I can finally drink 1 liter of yakult. If you have another suggestion on how can I drink 1 liter of yakult without getting side effects :D haha sorry to bother I just want to fulfill one of my dreams in my life haha :D
