Help me using eset security 7 beta

I use ESET Smart Security as my anti virus.
But then , I also used to use "Sandboxie" before "I had another anti virus".
Now , whenever I use sandboxie in a game called samp , it removes my favorites.
The problem isnt in that , I can add back the server from its ip:port , but whenever I want to connect , it gives me that gta_sa.exe is not located , so I have to locate it.
In this step , the problem occurs , I have three disks , C , D, E , and I have the game on E , but when I try to open it to get the game , it tells me : "Access is not allowed"
Please help me in this problem,
