CST scores and class placement?

I just found out that I didn't do very good on the CST math and science, I got basic, but I got straight A's including math & science class. I'm a freshman this year, I took geometry and bio, I also got ACCEPTED into honor chemistry for next year. My question is base on these test scores do I have to repeat geom next year and get kick out of honor chem? A's in class but basic on the test? What do you think?
