You have to make sure that your DVD player is compatible with playing mp4 format. If your DVD player doesn't play mp4 files, then you have to buy a DVD player. I suggest on buying a cheap DVD player that allows to play mp4 files.

I have a portable DVD player and it plays mp4 files. In fact, it's good to buy at least a 16GB usb stick, so you can store a lot of movies onto it.

MP4 is a video format that you can play on your computer. Normally, burning this format to a data disc, even a DVD-R data disc, would not be enough to allow it to be played in a home DVD player., but if you download the right software, you can do exactly that. You can use this software to burn your MP4 to a disc in DVD format so that it will play on your DVD player.

In order to burn MP4 to DVD for successfully playing on various DVD players, we had better find a powerful MP4 to DVD Video Converter which will automatically convert MP4 to DVD disc or DVD player compatible format.
