Okay so heres a little backstory though, her body is honestly a little strange, and her periods are always irregular, I mean even before she met me and before she ever did anything sexual. But she can go months without having her period, I mean she's gone like 9 or 10 months without having it before, but not been pregnant. And we are both so worried because it's possible I could have gotten her pregnant and I can't handle that it's just too much, if I ever got her pregnant I wouldn't know what to do! I'm so scared and I'm trying not to show it to her to try and make her calmer, but I regret so much what we did, and I don't know why we went so far so fast, but we couldn't help it. And now there's like no way to tell if she's pregnant for a long time, I mean to say there's no telling when she could get her next period, and that could mean normal or pregnant, either one!! So I am scared, and I can't tell ANYONE, not even my closest friends, for fear something could get out. I'm so sorry I did this, it's all my fault and she's only 16 she shouldn't have to experience a pregnancy scare this early in life.. Alright, any advice is appreciated, BESIDES get a pregnancy test (i think it's too early for that), talk to a doctor/seek professional medical help( we are 17 and 16 we can't see a doctor about this totally unnoticed), or just wait to see what happens. We are both nervous. Please help.
Also, I am very worried because apparently, women in her family are very susceptible to pregnancy, it runs in the family and everything, today, her breasts were really sore, and she has been really, well, horny and her hormones are acting up. And she still hasn't gotten her period.

There is no exception for not going to the doctor, you need to go, they have places to go just for pregnancy, and your doctor isn't allowed to give out your information anyway, unless you give them permission.
