Hi I am 14 and ive been in recovery since February. I dont have to go to a nutritionist or therapist anymore! Since its summer I have only breakfast: fruit, 3 sausage patties, and mini waffles. No lunch. and dinner is whatever my mom makes. Night snack is ice cream. My beginning recovery weight was 97lbs and several weeks ago I was 110 lbs and than now it says 105.6 after I eat breakfast.But today I had breakfast and drank two bottles of liquid weighed and it said 107.4!! Im freaking completely out cause my shorts they fit fine now I just tried putting them on and they were tight and hard to button. :( I have been very dehydrate lately and have tried to drink more water cause ive been completely addicted to diet pop and its been bad. IVe recently felt like my inner upper thigh is more jiggly and I can tell like its uncomfortable for sure. Could it be like water retention or somethig like bloating cause they really really are jiggly. Though people say I look even tinier. Any ideas?
