That sounds like some kind of pressure on your prostrate gland. See a urologist ASAP. Under some conditions, that could be serious.

You can research symptoms at
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/symptom-checker/DS00671 ... but definitely see a doctor as soon as you can. Never fool around with tingling and numbness of any kind.

Epididymitis or prostatitis. you can go to hospital to have a test and deal with it. or you also can take some herbal medcine to deal with it, wihch has no side effect,
Diuretic anti-inflammatory pill may be a better choice for your condition. there are a lot of patients have been cured by it. I think you can google it. hope you can be ok soon.

Don’t worry dude. Just get yourself to the doctor. I’m sure everything is fine, but you would feel better after getting a check-up. Are you using a penis health creme? It’s important to maintain your penis skin with nutrients, vitamins and amino acids.

Odd. You should definitely get to the doctor. All guys need to use an antibacterial penis health creme daily... this is the only way to keep odors and other skin issues at bay. I use one and it’s awesome. I just rub it into my penis skin once a day and I'm golden... definitely check it out.

So sorry to hear you're in pain like this. I would get yourself checked out by a doctor to ensure that everything is okay down there, and then I'd give yourself a penis health creme to make sure you're getting all the necessary vitamins and nutrients that your penis deserves, like L-Carnitine, which is shown to help protect against nerve damage. Check it out!
