IS this a good diet?

1 lunch of like 200 calories and a snack from 40 calories to 80 a day , drink 6-9 glasses of water a day with lemon and run for 30 minutes or 1 hour I WANT TO LOSE 10 LBS IN 2 OR THREE MONTHS.
