One Positive then Two Negative HPTs, Am I Pregnant?

Hi, so I am 3 days overdue on my period. Yesterday I got one positive in the morning on Walgreens digital hpt. 3 hours later I got negative on the dollar store brand, tested again this morning to doublecheck with dollar tree brand and received another negative. I hear the blue dye like walgreens are known for false positives but now I'm just confused. Also, I took a MAP two months ago, had a delayed period each month, I wonder if my menstrual cycle is still being affected? What should I do?

It's possible that you could be pregnant, with only those tests to go on, you need to consider, have you been sexually active in the past 5-7 weeks, have you been experiencing abdominal cramping or pain, that in unusual.
