Weight problems, any advice?

Basically I'm not overweight, just a little 'chubby' and want to be a wee bit lighter- not thin or anorexic. Problem is, I live with my family and can't control my meal sizes as my mum just says 'you need to eat more than that' and serves it up. I exercise, but am really busy. How can I get lighter without my family getting suspicious of me?
