What does it mean?!?!

Okay, so the guy I talk about all the Time sits at the back counter in my class a lot, & of course, I sit at the back table, & at random times he just puts his head down, but doesn't even close his eyes, & moves his lips, but he's not talking or anything.

& I know I sound really vague & this doesn't make any sense at all & Rob is probably going to come here & say something that's probably right and it makes me mad because he's right, but can you just help me out on this one, please?
