This girl that I like ask me a question which relates to what happen in her life why does she trust

This girl that I like and she knows that I like her ..I asked her out but she say her parents don't allow her to date. Recently I text her and she ask me a question on which relates to what had happen to her. And she tells me not to tell no one. I give her my opinion and she was happy about what I told her...what I want to know is why does she trust me and if cause she likes me back to trust me to ask me the question.

I think she trusts you with that because she likes you. At least, it sounds like she likes you from what you've written.
