Do you think Im pregnant?

I started my period 2 days earlier than I expected it to come and it started out like normal it was heavy and got lighter as days went by and by the 4th day I started spotting and also today I am spotting he bleeding could be ending I don't know if Im pregnant or not. Can someone please help me
