Bunker hill. smart phone compatible h.264 dvr security system

the camaras were working ok,,, and now it just will not show time or will not record. u see the camara's on the tv ,, the remote will not work.. I changed the batters.. still nothing.. and I tryed to push the rec button on the recever and it will not work.. I unpluged it waited and pluged back in.. still the same..
