What laptop should I buy?

i am in the market for a laptop and I am a little bit lost. here is what I will use it for and here is my price rang.
uses
1. surfing the web
2. a little bit of gaming
3. school
4. making edits aka videos with my gopro
i would like at least 6GB of RAM and at least 450GB hard drive. my price rang is about form $500 to $650. I would like touchscreen if possible. I want widows NOT MAC. I also want the hinge on the screen to be strong. and please not netbooks.

for a good window one you should ask the people for you things you want for your laptop they will give you the best info since they work there so ask them and they will give you a good one but I might not think that price is good for a touch screen
