Pregnancy signs or pms symptoms?

I'm unsure when my last period started but it ended 28/04
My cycle on average lasts 30days but differs each month
Symptoms:
Breasts fuller and tender to touch
Extremely fatigued Dizziness/light headed/headache
Constant very Mild "cramp" type feeling painful cramps after intercourse
Urinating more frequently (a lot)
Hot flashes
Mood swings
Increased apetite

I would do a hcg test but I think it's too early. Soooo pregnant or pms'ing and when do you suggest a pregnancy test as I don't know when I'm due on (I'm very eager to find out)

...wishful thinking eh?

I've heard that home pregnancy tests can detect pregnancy from day 1.
