With only four inches difference, it will work perfectly, even a better angle than if the two of you were the same height and chin-to-chin.

Don't be too quick with it. You want him to feel special, not like you kiss every guy that comes along. Watch the body language. When you get inside his personal space and he backs off, leave it alone; he's not ready. When he feels comfortable with it, he will move closer until there is nowhere else to go but smaaak! :-)
