Should I use a condom or not?
Use the condom. Definetly. You're 14. You are not ready for a kid emotionaly or financially, nor is your girlfriend ready physically. She THINKS she wants a kid. How are you gonna take care of a baby if you have one? Suck help from your (probably very angry) parents? Its not worth it at all. Just use the condom or stop the sex. Good luck :)
