If items were left in a house, do the items still have to stay in the house when selling?

My husband and I just bought a house, and there was a bedroom set and a couch set left there. If we sold the house in the future do we have to leave these items with the house or can we take it with us?

It was left by the people who sold you the house, therfore it is yours. If you want to sell it with the house or feel it will add appeal for the potential buyers, leave it. If you want it, take it.
