What's the difference between the United states Bill of rights and the Canada Bill Of Rights?

Both The US Bill of Rights and the Canadian Charter of Rights are part of the two countries constitutions and cannot be changed by the legislative branches of either government. The Canadian Bill of Rights is a law passed by the legislature that can be changed with a new law.

So basically the Canadian Bill of Rights is the only one that can be changed with a new law? Therefore the US Bill of Rights can not be changed with a new law?

The US Bill or Rights are the first ten amendments to the US Constitution therefore it would require a change in the Constitution; a much more complicated and difficult process.
