How to avoid paying taxes on a Louis Vuitton

If I purchase a Louis Vuitton at a Neiman Marcus in another state, but have a Saks in my state that sells Louis Vuitton, can I avoid paying taxes if I purchase the purse at Neimans and have it shipped to myself at home- or will they still tax me since I have access to Louis Vuitton through the Saks in my city?
