How to get my stepbrother to stop playing with me?

So I have this step brother obviously. He is about 8 and is a spoiled brat, He gets everything he wants whenever he wants. He's got an iPhone 5 at the age of 9. The point is he always want to hang out with me and my friends. But we all hate him, because he's rude and is selfish. He stole my fiends ps3 controller and laser Pointer! He's a brat. He takes stuff from people what makes them happy. I'm sick of it. Now I'm not asking for how to kick his ass without getting in trouble. I want an answer on how to make him stop hanging out with us!? Okay, just answer TRUTHFULLY to him and have a go at him. He will then start to feel less of how he feels. He's deffinatly change the fact that he gets what ever he wants. Just say to him "No more of this crap! You're not hanging around with us anymore!" But in your words. Just make sure you're not TOO harsh with him
