Is it illegal to search and watch.?

I hate cats. However, I NEVER abuse or kill cats or involve myself in this activity in any way, as it is illegal to do so. But I would like to know if it's illegal to search and watch online videos of cat abuse or killings made by other people?

Well not entirely, it would be evil but not illegal. Even if it was illegal, how would they find out you have watched that stuff. But it's not illegal.
