How does one become an admin?

What do you mean? What on?

One does not become admin. Im fairly certain that if you were one of the founders or helped finnancialy or with progaming the site. As far as I know there is only one real admin here unless thats multiple people with he password for the account. If the site founder Ryan still lurks here, he doesnt make it known.
