I am in a fight with my ''Best friend

So ive had this bff for about a year now, but she has changed way too much... ive told her that I hate it when she treats other people of stupid and stuff and mostly me.Anyways, she gets mad so easily and when I tell her by example if I poured water on my leg and we were playing water fight, she would say she did it and then i'd say ''i swear I poured it, not you.'' and then she gets mad for the stupidest thing whenever we fight.
She also tried to tell my BIGGEST SECRET to her other friends and then she says-''you know what you told me yesterday? it was sooo embarassing'' in front of one of her friends and the girl keeps asking quuestions like ''c'mon tell me please please please please please!''.

I swear I hate what she's become and she's also really mean and kind of a bully to others that's why I never hang out with her at school.
She also changed this sweetest girl in her class into a wild tiger!
i think she got bad influence by this girl in her class she's new btw.
Tomorrow my family and hers are going to a picnic and I really don't want to cross her, but I have to go I really don't know what to do plz help!

Ummm.. I think u should first start reminding her with all the awesome and the bad moments u guys have been through.. Then say " what happened to us?? " n tell her that u miss her..altho she gets mad on the stupidest things.. Tell her that she had changed specially with you..
Me n my bff used to fight onn everything.. And rly stupid things.. But u know wt? Fighting is the best way to keep ur friendship stronger.. As long as u still fight for this friendship (:
