How do I tell my parents I got arrested for possession of weed?

I got arrested and my uncle bailed me out,I now have a criminal record for possession of weed and I don't know how to tell my parents as they are planing a trip to thai land

On the other hand, this is the kind of news that could potentially ruin their trip. You also have the option of telling them on their way back from the trip. There is no easy answer.
