Don't cut back on all food, but just replace junk foods and soda with healthy snacks and water. Bring a protein shake when your exercise to help build muscle and keep you full with out eating too much. have cereal or oatmeal with a glass of milk for breakfast and try to eat small amounts of food throughout the day rather than gorging at meals.
