I really feel like there is something is stuck in my stomach and it comes with a headache

i feel like there is something stuck in my stomach and I didn't go to the bathroom for a howl week and I have a really big headache !
sometimes I cry because of it but lately I was sick and the doctor said do a blood said but I didn't do it PLEASE HELP !!!!
