Rundll32 problem

hi, I have problem with my rundll32.exe and when I plug my removable disk and it just contain shortcut and all my items was gone.actually all items not gone but it have in the shortcut.But I also have problem with cbs.log I can't open it and just show access denied how to fix it
can somebody help me how to fix it. Please help me

If you create a shortcut to a removable disk, the link doesn't work once it is removed. Instead of using the shortcut to the drive, put a shortcut to Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) on your desktop and use that to access the removable drive. It will re-list the drive each time it is reconnected.
