Someone ignoring a 2 year old girl that is a adult

this person has seen my daughter more than 3 times she is 2 years old and has never said hello or given a jester. this person is my sister-inlaws sister-in-law. its very strange.

When your child is around people who are, "strange," it is often a benefit if they ignore the child. It is the strange people who want to be overly friendly with your children that you should watch out for.

Maybe she does not feel comfortable or feel a need to communicate with her. You could try to introduce them to eachother if you want that relationship for your daughter.
