I'm 12 and I'm 5 inches erect, is that normal?

I'm 2 inches soft and 5 hard, is that about average or do I need to increase it somehow?

5" hard is actually bigger than average for a 12 year old. The average male is about 5.75" and the average for your age is like 3.75". I'm 13 and have 6". As for increasing, try jelqing?
