Why do I get nose bleeds ALOT?

So today I took a class on animating right and my nose was itchy so I rubbed it (not hard I rubbed as hard as you would touch a baby) and I accidentally rubbed the inside of my nose too :/ then I started bleeding massive amounts of blood I mean the sink was covered in blood there was so MUCH! I got my clothes all dirty I coudnt look down for a second or blood will drop on the floor so I looked up all day (I skipped class) and I know some say not to do that but if I look forward blood came out and yea so I'm wondering why dose this happend I NEVER pick my nose so help it gets really embarrassing

your nose is probably really dry and I think you might not be do the right things to stop the nose bleed a nose bleed should only last up to 10 minutes or a bit longer if it takes longer then I would check with the doctor and there might be something wrong with your blood or maybe something else but if your nose is really dry then I would get a medicine called Vaseline and get the vaseline in your nose that helps your nose less dryer and less bleeding also what kind of things do u do to stop your nose bleeds? the right way is the soft part of your nose is where you need to pinch and face your head down! or else the blood will go down into your stomach and you stomach does not like blood so you will get a stomach will start hurting and then you will barf all the blood that went down to your stomach.make sure you put Vaseline every day to avoid nose bleeds ok? and also what you should do is that a piece of paper not gonna stop your nose bleed ok pinch the soft part of your nose a face down for ten minutes or a bit longer at least 12 minutes should be good then you unpintch and don't breath hard to not blow your nose. and then after the blood has harden then if ok to get the blood out by sneezing but not to hard or it will start again ok I know this was long but you need advise this happens to me every time so don't worry kk? bye!!
