If the uk pull out of the european union before the 2014 eurovison can they still compete?

Ok so the Uk may or may not pull out of the EU but hopefully we will, some people may or not care im just curious to know will we (UK) still be allowed to compete in the 2014 Eurovision if we do pull out before?
