Diet by only eating fruits, vegtables and drink plenty of water nothing else. Go for a 1 hour run, one run in the morning and one in the evening. Everytime you get freetime go for a walk till your busy again. If you have 3 hours and nothing to do go for a walk. Even if you have 5 minutes on your hands try doing some star jumps, skipping, jumping and hopping. Put on some music on speaker but not too loud and dance for hours in your room. Join Zumba. Get a job that you need to work hard for like a dog walker. Or get a dog and walk it for two hours a day, twice a day. Instead of driving a car somewhere really far try riding a bike there, on the foot path. Instead of catching a train, bus, boat short distances try walking there. Don't be lazy. Do not eat any junk food.
