Umm is it okay for a computer fixer to watch porn on my 10 year old cuzins laptop :/

Okay we paid 400 dollars for this guy to fix my cuz laptops :P my cuz had a problem with the scroll mouse thing and we put a software on it to track were my cuz goes on the internet so we gave it to him he kept it for about 2 months :/ when we got it back my mom saw the laptop battery was hot :| so we thought he had went on a website after he fixed it so we went on the software put the password and on the recorded it showed 40! Porn sites and it showed the time on how long he was on it (we were sure my cuz didn't go to to the sites because we deleted the sites my cuz was on before we took it to him) so it said on each site he was on it for 2 hours :0 I mean think of the shock we had so I was wondering is it illegal for him to do this or is it fine because on the laptop it shows the history ( my cuz could just click the site on accident and go to the porn site because of the history) because of the software you can't delete the history but the software tells us he tried to delete every site so I was wondering should we go and get our money back :/ or what

It is surely not OK. If the "fixer" works for a business, try to locate the owner/manager and show it to him/her. If the "fixer" owns the business, take it to the police.
