Why does my throat feel like this?

Ok, so Friday I had a sore throat and I thought I was getting Strep for a second time. I had little red bumps and the back of my throat. My tonsils were tender under my jaw and neck but I never got any white spots and no fever. I did have a really dry nose that would bleed a little, and some kind of mucus drainage in my throat and the feeling that something is stuck in my throat toward the bottom right side behind my tongue or tonsil and a burning sensation like acid reflux. The sore throat went away but little red spots at the back wall of my throat is still there along with the burning and kind of feeling that something is stuck in my throat.. what is this?

It's called "acid reflux" because it has acid in it and acid burns when it comes in contact with your skin. You should see a doctor and get it corrected before you get an ulcer or a hiatial hernia.
