I have a nokia siemens residential router 1600. I cant access the router's user interface.HELP!

I have tried using different browsers.Always getting the message connection problem try agian.I checked the gateway address and it is correct.I am not using a static ip.I have reconnected, restarted the router and still no use.I can use the internet, but is slower than usual.
