High School Dating Advice.she is being unclear and I don't know what to do.

What should I do? This girl I have been talking to for a while seemed interested in me(hung out, texted often, talked on the phone late one night, went to breakfast, etc...) and then she slowly started to seem less interested. When I asked her out, her reply was "I can't talk right now, sorry!", so I told her I wouldn't bother her...then 3 days later she texted me "Oh yeah, I was just thinking, you don't bother me, at all, and I like talking to you! Just don't make things awkward!"...what should I do?

If she is young she may have dating issues with her parents, otherwise she's just not ready to deal with you on that level.
