Why did my rep go down

Look I haven't been here a lot like you but why did my rep go down to 1? And how do I get it back sorry if dumb question

It depends on how much you had before it went down. Every time your question/answer gets a -1 your rep. goes down 2 and the person who down rated you gets 1 rep. point taken away (to prevent people from spammin down rates) If a post you put up get deleted, then you recieve -20 rep. points. A post is autamatically deleted when 3 or more people with a rep. higher than 200 report abuse. Otherwise it takes a lot more lower rep. people reporting it. One of these things must have happened to you. Hope I helped :)

While logged on, click on your user name at the top right and page through your questions and answers. Look for the down arrows on the left. Those are the items that other users have voted down.

You were really mean to one user. Maybe that's why.
