Frequent bowel movements caused by bulimia?

I've been bulimic for a good few months now, give or take. Lately when I eat food I have terrible, sharp pains as though my stomach lining is being ripped to pieces, and I have stool only minutes after.

I know the digestive process takes a while, but I'll go a couple days without eating (yes, im anorexic-bulimic: being a very rarely eat and throw up what I eat whenever I do) and then finally eat and have immediate bowel movements. What's happening? Is my stomach immediately rejecting the food because of the pain its in or what? Am I absorbing any nutrients or calories?

Btw, I am getting help, so concern is appreciated but I can do without the rant. I just would like to know what's going on specifically concerning this before I have to go to the doctor's again. Thank you very much.
