How can I get girls! :(

well I am a boy at the age of 14
and when I was like 11-12 I had many girls without even doing a thing!
but now I am in midle school and I am the loser...
i cant get any girl with my looks I mean look at my profile pic im ugly as hell ..
and I have smooth talks but that wont help niether!
please help me,otherwise I will be known as the loser anymore! :(

Most girls I know love guys who can actually keep them company. Maybe what you're doing wrong is thinking too much about what you look like. There's more to people than their looks.
It sounds to me that your personality is your biggest attraction, so I'd recommend conversing more. Girls love to text, so that would be a great start :)
Oh and you're not a looser! Firstly, there's really nothing wrong with the way you look. Secondly, you're actually at an advantage because knowing how to keep a conversation is really hard for many guys.

Umm..well try hang around with the cool kids and play football and stuff? I know boys who will spend like half an hour on their looks in the morning mainly on their hair so just spend more time.

This can be very easy. First of all, you should try to fit into a category. I am the only emo girl in my school and would love an emo boy. It helps if you know a lot of people. DO NOT be a jerk, girls love a nice quiet boy who only opens up for them. If you can have a lot of friends but still be kind of quiet it'll help. You want to be quiet, but NOT a wimp. Try to get a little rep up, as the shy guy who can hold his own ground. some girls like smooth talking but not all, don't try cheesy lines, a girl just wants to have a conversation with you, NOT to be talked at. Ok, im a 14 year old girl so I think I might be able to help, just a little if none, most guys your age are dumbass sports fans who show off their 'skillz' girls these days are just looking for attention and I think just by being yourself, it may take a while but you will get all the right girls, they may not be slutty hot girls but they will treat a nice guy like you the way you deserve. ALL girls are the same no matter where they are... Im in Australia but I can tell these girls may be the same.. So don't worry about your social status..
